Guests of all ages have the same entrance pricing, however park entrance Monday through Thursday is discounted. You can also receive additional discounts if you purchase tickets in groups of 10 or more.

No worries! Email us at info@rladventures.com (from the email address you used when you purchased the tickets) and we’d be happy to resend you your confirmation email. Also remember to check your SPAM folder to see if it got sent there.

Yes, you can either email info@rladventures.com to request your ticket reservation to be changed (the email must be sent from the same email that had the original ticket reservations). Or you can have one or our staff members assist you at the gate entrance.

No waivers are needed at our park. The ride travels slow enough and the scares never get physical with the guests, so come enjoy a wonderfully themed park experience.

If you arrive AFTER your 30 minute time slot, you may have to wait for the next available opening, depending on the availability of the remaining time slots for the day. But don’t worry, your tickets are still usable and we’ll help you find the next available time.

Due to the limited capacity of the park, reservations are non-refundable but let us help you reschedule your tickets to a time that works best for you.

The Outlets are located at 3700 Cabela’s Blvd, Lehi UT 84043. The park is located to the northwest of the Outlets in the empty lot between them and Cabela’s. Enter the park through the Outlets before 8:00pm, but then enter from the west parking lot after 8:00pm.

All the parking is FREE! You can park anywhere to the West of the park or if that’s full, there is plenty of parking to the north of the park.

During the daylight hours, guests of all ages (including the little ones) will enjoy a halloween themed ride with minimal “soft” scares, but beware that once it begins to get dark, the scarier it gets. However, our scares never need any gore or evil depictions for our park to be scary, so come enjoy the scares without the unnecessary sights.

Our park is open for all ages, but the daylight hours are better suited for those that don’t like to be scared as much and to enjoy a Halloween themed village. In the evening/night hours we recommend guests be 12 years old or older, however parents can judge for themselves on what age their children can attend as we don’t limit guests based on age.

Because the ride is story-driven with lots of stuff happening, we ask that you leave your children under 4 at home. This will help you and everyone else have a more positive experience.

YES please come dressed in your favorite costume! We ask to please not wear masks that cover the face (PPE masks are allowed) and please remember to keep the costumes “G” rated so that all of our guests can enjoy the park.

Flash photography is allowed ONLY in designated areas, but is NOT ALLOWED on the ride. Videos can be taken at any time throughout the park as long as the camera’s light is turned off.

YES! We will have extended hours on Halloween Day (4:00pm - 11:00pm).

Real Live Adventures will continue to expand The Ghostly Hollow throughout October, so please come back often as we open up new areas of the village.

November will have limited openings with a fall theme as we prepare the park for The Christmas Village that will be open November 25th - December 24th. And then we’ll be back next October with an even better haunted village that you won’t want to miss!

The park does provide ADA accessible restrooms and as the park is expanded, the various lands and live-entertainment will be accessible for everyone. However, the ride does only allow guests that are able to board themselves without assistance.

Unfortunately due to all the scares and moving vehicles, pets are not allowed anywhere in the park nor on the ride.

Currently there is not, but we are working on bringing some tasty themed treats soon!
